Colors: Garments might lose their colors upon washing or dry cleaning. Care for the garment is customer's responsibility and the quality of the fabric of the garment is not warranted by Cactus Tate. 

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? - YOU MIGHT ASK...

Because you do not want to wear clothes someone else wore, even if it is just once. 

We do not want to sell you clothes that someone else wore.
